Chicken Wing Pizza

What you will need:

  • 1 cooked chicken breast
  • 3/4 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • hot sauce/butter to taste
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1 bag of pizza dough
  • flour
  • 1 cup blue cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 380*F
  2. Roll out pizza dough to fit preferred pizza pan (use flour to avoid sticking)
  3. Bake dough half way in preheated oven about 10-15 minutes
  4.  Dice onion and celery and shred cooked chicken breast
  5. Once dough is cooked, poke with a fork to prevent air bubbles and spread blue cheese on dough (make sure to leave the edges for the crust)
  6. Mix chicken with hot sauce (if you prefer less spicy add melted butter)
  7. Add chicken, celery and onion, and top with cheese
  8. Finally place in oven and bake until cheese is completely melted (about 15-20 minutes)
